About Bill:
BILL JANIGA demonstrates a passion about every aspect of your real estate transaction and believes in building relationships with his clients through real estate, and referrals. Bill completed undergraduate work at Detroit College of Business and received his master’s degree from University of Detroit. Bill’s service to the community allowed him to retire as a Federal Agent and love for his country by also retiring as a United States Army Intelligence Officer. While working, Bill developed a passion for rehabbing homes. Upon retirement, he obtained his builder’s and real estate licenses. He learned first-hand the difficulties that the family and Personal Representatives face when tasked with handling the probate process. When Bill’s best friend passed away unexpectedly at the age of 41, without a will or trust, he stepped forward by assisting the family by personally completing the probate process. This relieved the family and most importantly the parents of a heavy burden. A great way to honor his best friend.
